Oyo 2019: FUMAN Endorses Akinwale, AAC Guber Candidate

The Oyo state chapter of the Fuji Musicians Association of Nigeria, FUMAN has endorsed the gubernatorial candidate of African Action Congress, AAC, Engineer Akinwale Omololu Laosun to become the next governor of governor of Oyo state come 2019.
The association stated this while playing host to Engineer Akinwale Omololu at Mapo hall in Ibadan.
The association speaking through its Public Relations Officer, Dr Taoheed Ayinde said that it has found Engineer Akinwale Omololu Laosun as the most credible and honest individual among all the gubernatorial candidates for the 2019 election in Oyo state and who will take the State to greater height.
“We are using this medium to inform you that we are going to work for you to become the next governor of Oyo state come 2019. Though, quite a number of gubernatorial candidates of other parties have contacted us for support but we have decided to support you after extensive research on your plans to take Oyo state to greater height.”
Speaking further, the association appealed to Engineer Laosun to assist the association with a vehicle that will assist it to sensitize members of the public on the need to vote for him as the next governor of Oyo state.

“We’re very happy that you are here in person today. We really appreciate your coming to this our meeting. The truth of the matter is that other gubernatorial candidates of other parties have sought for our support for the 2019 governorship election in Oyo state but we turned them down because we don’t have faith in them. We’re happy to inform that the entire members of this association have decided to support you to become the next governor of Oyo state come 2019. Among the things we need now is a vehicle that will allow us to move around and sensitize members of the public on the need to vote for you.”
While responding, Engineer Laosun thanked FUMAN members for welcoming him into their midst.
“I want to thank you sincerely for this warm reception. Today, I have become a member of FUMAN. I’ll give support to FUMAN at all levels. FUMAN members will not only have access to me at all times if elected but will also enjoy the various programs we already have for associations and groups. On the vehicle you said you need; I promise to get a branded vehicle for FUMAN before the end of this month.”
The meeting had in attendance Alhaji Gafaf Kojowe, Chairman, Alhaji Taofeek Omojoyibo 1st Vice Chairman, Dr Bola Law 2nd Vice Chairman, Dr Taoheed Ayinde, PRO, Alhaja Suliat Epoakara, Secretary, Alhaji Saheed Ayinde Chairman Planning, Ganiyu Salaye, Provost, Alhaja Kuburat, Treasurer, Ashafa Bature, Tunbi Amama and other national officers of the association.
