The Founder and General Overseer of Achievers’ Rock Commission Ministry International, Apostle Perez Iyiola Oluyemi, has unveiled ambitious plans to harness the internet and digital technologies for spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.
Apostle Oluyemi shared this vision with journalists during the church’s 25th anniversary celebration at its premises on Achievers Street, Aloko Estate, off Apete-Awotan Road, Awotan, Ibadan.
The three-day Silver Jubilee, themed “A New Song,” ran from March 27 to 29, 2026, with an extension on Easter Monday, April 6. Highlights included a thanksgiving service, ministers’ ordination, and the commissioning of a new church office complex. Apostle Oluyemi and his wife, Rev. (Mrs.) Debbie Oluyemi, welcomed anointed ministers, church members, and guests.
The office was commissioned by distinguished figures: Architect Mobolaji Adeola Adeniyi, 30th President of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (2023–2025); Dr. Catherine Ginikenwa Okpereke, 42nd President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (2006–2007); and Prof. Festus Adeola Adenikinji, 44th President of the Nigerian Economic Society (2023–2025).
Right after the commissioning, Apostle Oluyemi emphasized using new media to transcend barriers of distance and time.
“The internet and other new media technologies will be explored to take the gospel across the globe. That will be our focus now,” he declared.
Known for his widely noted predictions, the cleric reflected on the church’s 25-year journey as “a very long journey full of trials, temptations, and persecutions, as Jesus Christ our Lord has said.” He thanked God for faithfulness amid victories over challenges, tying it to the theme “A New Song” from 1 Peter 5:10–11.
Achievers’ Rock Commission, he added, is poised for greater exploits in advancing God’s kingdom.
Guest ministers included Rev. Dr. ‘Kunle Adesina (Jubilee Christian Church International), Rev. (Prof.) Gregory Erhabor (Sanctuary of Hope, Ile-Ife), Evangelist (Dr.) Damola Adesina (Jesus Praise), and Prophet Olamide Akinbodewa. Attendees also featured Pastor (Dr.) Soji Adeagbo, Evangelist Olusola Oladoyinbo, The Great Peculiar, Evangelist Janet Ayorinde, 24 Elders, Sister Chinenye Okeke Ezenwa, The Cook Worship, Davidseed Taiwo Adeniji, Omo Dafidi, Min. Hephzibah Praise, and Funmi Adewolu Wonders.
