The management of Isese Light Kiddies Nursery and Primary School in Omi-Adio, Ibadan, has announced plans to host its end-of-year party on July 29, 2025.
According to a press release from the Proprietor of the first Isese school in Ibadan, Araba Ifalere Odegbemi Odegbola II, the event will be held on the school premises in Omi-Adio, located in the Ido Local Government Area of Oyo State.
The Chairman of the Day for this special occasion is Araba Adewale Oso, the Araba of Iwaro Oka, Akoko.
Activities for the day include the presentation of awards and gifts to outstanding students.
The celebration will also feature a variety of Yoruba cultural activities, such as traditional drumming and dance performances. Pupils will participate in poetry recitations in Yoruba, storytelling sessions, and a fashion parade showcasing traditional attire.
Araba Odegbola II said, “This event is an opportunity to celebrate our pupils’ achievements and to foster a deeper appreciation for our rich Yoruba heritage among the younger generation.”
Arrangements have been made to ensure adequate security and the safety of all guests, the proprietor said. Parents, guardians, and guests are encouraged to attend.
